• Prepare and file various court documents
• Check information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with court policies
• Manage the judges’ calendars
• Operate and maintain recording equipment to record all courtroom proceedings
• Transcribe court correspondence
• Make travel arrangements for the attorneys
• Use the telephone to communicate with clients and office personnel
• Enter and retrieve data and prepare reports using a computer system
• Perform clerical tasks including typing letters, preparing agendas, making copies, etc
• Carry out a variety of tasks to assist the Judge as instructed
