Dear Mr. James:

We are lodging a grievance letter to invoke an inquiry into something untoward that we was recently afflicted by at work. One of my coworkers has on and off made derogatory feedback about my skin color within the last few few months, and I have let it go because I felt which it was all in good fun. Nevertheless, during a recent meeting on the job, the same personal declared that I will never be given responsibility for just a project module due to the fact “niggers cannot get it done right”. This came being a shock, not simply to me but other coworkers who had been present there.

As one of the oldest employees on Nestle USA, Merrick Workplace, I have never been in their normal situation before and don’t know how to take care of it. While I did not react at that moment, I do experience quite uneasy working with the main topics this complaint currently. I feel discrimination eventually brings about harassment and I actually do not want to tread that route.
